Parcels are sent via Australia Post with the ‘signature on delivery’ option included. For orders exceeding $3000, DHL Express Service will be automatically selected at checkout. This is a premium service for high-value orders to ensure speed and security of delivery. A $70 fee applies for DHL Express Service.

Blue Spinach only accepts returns for online orders of full-price shoes and clothing, for size or fit reasons. The item must be returned with any tickets or tags attached, in the condition as was received by you.
