DELIVERY IN AUSTRALIA

A flat rate of $25 for Regular Post applies for all orders under $3000. Express delivery is also available at checkout, this is a flat fee of $35 nationwide. Parcels are sent via Australia Post with the ‘signature on delivery’ option included. Should no-one be available to accept the delivery of your purchase, this will be transferred to your local Australia Post for collection.

For orders exceeding $3000, DHL Express Service will be automatically selected at checkout. This is a premium service for high-value orders to ensure speed and security of delivery. A $70 fee applies for DHL Express Service.

Please note, bulky items may have a separate postage fee of $100 which will be noted on the product page and must be selected at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver worldwide with DHL Express, at a flat fee of $150AUD, unless the parcel is deemed to be oversized or large and bulky. In these circumstances, the item's listing will note it is deemed large and bulky, and that this fee must be selected at checkout. A bulky item fee of $300AUD applies to International Orders. 

Whilst DHL Express is our primary method of delivery for International orders, upon request we can offer a lower-cost delivery alternative with Australia Post International Express Service. Please contact us via email at info@bluespinach.com.au to request this prior to purchase. We can then calculate the delivery cost prior to you placing your order and provide a quote for this service.

We mark all customs forms as “used/secondhand” items, and declare the purchased value not inclusive of shipping costs. Please do not ask us to lower or alter the customs forms, or mark the parcel as a “gift”.

Please note that the price at checkout does not include duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in your country. Blue Spinach does not cover these additonal charges, these are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend checking your country's import laws regarding international purchases prior to placing your order, to understand any potential fees that could be incurred.  

DELIVERY - GENERAL

We aim to process all orders within 1 - 2 business days following receipt of payment. Blue Spinach makes every effort to deliver your order as fast as possible, according to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout. However, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Estimated delivery times are in business days, excluding public holidays. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@bluespinach.com.au.

Title and risk of loss for all products will be passed to you on delivery. Blue Spinach does not provide any parcel insurance on products purchased. If you require insurance, please contact us at info@bluespinach.com.au prior to purchasing the product, for us to to provide you with a quote for this service.
