SHOP

We have two locations where we offer in-store shopping. Our Redfern Showroom, which is by appointment only, and our space within David Jones, Sydney CBD.

We offer private shopping by appointment at our Redfern Showroom. Before booking an appointment, please contact us to let us know the item you would like to view. This allows us to ensure we can have the piece ready for your visit. As most of our stock is archived away, unfortunately there are limited browsing options available in our Showroom. We recommend you explore our website prior to your visit so you know exactly what you’d like to view.

We additionally have a dedicated space at David Jones, on level 1 of their Sydney CBD Flagship store. This is a retail space available for browsing within David Jones’ trading hours. Our space is staffed full time and one of our lovely team members will always be there to assist you.

CONSIGN

Blue Spinach provides a comprehensive end to end ‘white glove’ consignment service that ensures a seamless and luxurious experience when selling your items. Our consignment service is renowned for its impeccable attention to product detail. This is centred around condition, representation and authenticity to provide the very best selection of luxury items. We take pride in delivering a tailored approach that highlights the unique qualities of each product and honours the luxury brands.

Our team handles every aspect of the consignment process with care and professionalism, from the initial evaluation and expert photography to marketing and final sale. Our commitment to excellence in both service and presentation ensures that your luxury goods are showcased in the best possible light, achieving outstanding results and client satisfaction. RESTORE

At Blue Spinach, product representation is paramount. We ensure all items are displayed in their best possible condition for resale. We work with The Restoration Lab (formerly Doria Bag Spa) to provide bespoke refurbishment services for luxury goods on consignment and for personal use.

When necessary and feasible, we recommend luxury goods are restored prior to consignment to assist with the sale of your item and strengthen the resale value. If we receive your item and feel restoration work would be beneficial, we will discuss this with you. Sometimes, restoration work may be imperative for us to represent your piece. Once The Restoration Lab has received your item, they will complete a thorough inspection and come back to us with a recommendation and quote for the work. By agreeing to proceed, we will look after the restoration process. The effort and time we invest in showcasing your item speaks for the excellence of our comprehensive white glove, end to end service.

If you wish to have your item restored for personal use, Blue Spinach is a drop off location for The Restoration Lab. We recommend you contact them prior, to discuss the work required and potential details surrounding the service. We can facilitate the delivery of your item to The Restoration Lab who will then contact you to confirm all the details.

AUTHENTICATE

We offer an authentication service by appointment only, powered by Entrupy. To read more about Entrupy click here.
This service covers handbags and small leather goods, from the following list of brands.

The cost for the authentication service is $70 for standard brands, and $250 for Hermes, should the item be genuine. This provides you with a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Entrupy.

Should the item be determined counterfeit by Entrupy, a Letter of Evidence can be provided for an additional $30. This letter can be used to assist with a potential claim or refund with a merchant, and detail the reasons why Entrupy’s algorithm has found the item to be counterfeit.

CHARITY

If you have items that you no longer wish to keep and they either remain on consignment or do not meet our resale standards, we would be pleased to donate them to a charity on your behalf.

We work with Dress for Success whose mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence, through providing a network of support, professional attire and development tools. We donate gently used items to Dress for Success to provide clothing to women in need, who are entering the workforce.
