Parcels are sent via Australia Post with the ‘signature on delivery’ option included. Should no-one be available to accept the delivery of your purchase, this will be transferred to your local Australia Post for collection.
For orders exceeding $3000, DHL Express Service will be automatically selected at checkout. This is a premium service for high-value orders to ensure speed and security of delivery. A $70 fee applies for DHL Express Service.
