A flat rate of $25 for Regular Post applies for all orders under $3000. Express delivery is also available at checkout, this is a flat fee of $35 nationwide. Parcels are sent via Australia Post with the ‘signature on delivery’ option included. Should no-one be available to accept the delivery of your purchase, this will be transferred to your local Australia Post for collection.
For orders exceeding $3000, DHL Express Service will be automatically selected at checkout. This is a premium service for high-value orders to ensure speed and security of delivery. A $70 fee applies for DHL Express Service.
All handbags, accessories and sale items are final sale. International orders are final sale. All items purchased in-store are final sale. Items purchased via a lay-by system are final sale. Please note, the 25% lay-by deposit will not be refunded.
