Delivery and Returns

Delivery in Australia:

Blue Spinach offers standard delivery Australia wide via Australia Post. We do ensure all parcels are 'sign on delivery'. If no-one is available to take delivery of your purchase, Australia Post will leave a card to enable you to pick-up your parcel from your local Post Office. Express delivery is available as an option at check-out for a standard cost of $25.00.

Delivery worldwide:

Blue Spinach currently uses DHL Express as its courier service for delivery worldwide. Orders shipped worldwide may be subjected to customs clearance. This can cause delays outside of the quoted delivery times. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and fees that may be relevant to your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand and pay any of these duties, taxes and fees.

Delivery Australia wide:

Delivery Australia wide is free of charge for orders over $1000 and has a flat rate of $15 for orders under $1000. Express Delivery is an option at check-out for a flat rate fee of $25. Please note bulky items can have a seperate postage fee which will be noted on the product page and must be selected at checkout.

Delivery Worldwide:

Delivery to any country in the world is a flat $100 AUD unless the parcel is deemed to be oversized or large and bulky in the sole and absolute discretion of Blue Spinach. In these circumstances the price for delivery will be listed when purchasing the Product. If Blue Spinach deems that your Order is oversized or large and bulky the cost will be calculated based on product size and the geographical region of the delivery address. We mark all customs forms as “used / secondhand” items and declare the purchased value not including shipping costs. Please do not ask us to lower or alter the customs forms or mark as a “gift”.

Delivery – Generally:

Delivery time generally takes up to ten (10) working days from the date your payment is received. Blue Spinach makes every effort to deliver your purchases according to the estimated delivery times provided by Blue Spinach at checkout. However, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Public holidays. Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your purchases to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery. Blue Spinach does not provide insurance on products purchased. If you require insurance please contact us at prior to purchasing the product for us to provide you a quote.

Returning a Product:

Blue Spinach currently only accepts online returns on items purchased within AUSTRALIA. Returns are limited to clothing and shoes ONLY. ALL handbags and accessories are final sale. All International orders are final sale.

* If you intend to return your purchase then we require that you notify us at within fourteen (14) days of delivery with your order details and the reasons for your return. We will then contact you to arrange your return.

* This returns policy is limited to full price products.

* If you purchased a clearance product, discounted product or sale product then you will only be able to receive a Refunded Credit. Please note that products that are discounted by fifty (50%) percent or more cannot be returned for a Refunded Credit or refund whatsoever.

* You must return your purchased product within seven (7) days of notifying us to -

* Blue Spinach will not be held responsible for your return until we have taken receipt of the delivery. We recommend you dispatch your item using a secure and reputable delivery service that includes parcel tracking to ensure it arrives safely. It is your responsibility to return your product to Blue Spinach within the required time frame. The product must be returned with the original Blue Spinach Returns Swing Tag remaining intact and attached. Products that are returned without this tag will not satisfy the returns terms and conditions and you will not receive a store credit or refund. The products that do not satisfy the terms and conditions for return will be returned to you at your expense.

* If Blue Spinach is satisfied in its sole and absolute discretion that you meet all our terms and conditions then we will provide you with a Refunded Credit or refund. The Refunded Credit and refund will not include delivery costs.
