Returns & Exchanges

Returning a Product:

* Blue Spinach currently only accepts returns on items purchased within AUSTRALIA. Returns are limited to clothing and shoes ONLY. ALL handbags and accessories are final sale.

* If you intend to return your purchase then we require that you notify us at returns@bluespinach.com.au within fourteen (14) days of delivery with your order details and the reasons for your return. We will then contact you and provide you with a Return Authorisation Number.

* This returns policy is limited to full price products.

* If you purchased a clearance product, discounted product or sale product then you will only be able to receive a Refunded Credit. Please note that products that are discounted by fifty (50%) percent or more cannot be returned for a Refunded Credit or refund whatsoever.

* You must return your purchased product to Blue Spinach, Online Returns, 348 Liverpool Street, Darlinghurst, New South Wales, Australia, 2010 within seven (7) days of notifying us. The Return Authorisation Number must be included with the returned product.

* Blue Spinach will not be held responsible for your return until we have taken receipt of your package. We recommend you return your item using a secure method that includes tracking to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

* It is your sole responsibility to return the product back to us within the time frame required. The product must be returned with the original Blue Spinach security tag still attached. Items that are received without this tag will not satisfy these terms and conditions and you will not receive your Refunded Credits or refund. The products that do not satisfy the terms and conditions will be returned back to you at your sole expense. Any returned products to Blue Spinach which are damaged, soiled or altered beyond the condition they were delivered in will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your sole expense. Blue Spinach will in its sole and absolute discretion determine whether the products are damaged, soiled or altered beyond the condition they were delivered in. Where possible, all Products should be packed in the original and unmarked packaging.

* If Blue Spinach is satisfied in its sole and absolute discretion that you meet all our terms and conditions then we will provide you with a Refunded Credit or refund. The Refunded Credit and refund will not include delivery costs.

Return Authorisation Number:

Where Blue Spinach has determined that it will accept the return of the Product, Blue Spinach will issue you with a Return Authorisation number. A Return Authorisation number is required for Refunded Credits or refunds.
