How Can I be Assured That the Item I am Buying from Blue Spinach is Authentic?

This is the biggest question for all shoppers of recycled designer items – and the most important. We only sell authentic product and we stand by all our pieces with a money back guarantee. Of course we ask for all receipts and authenticity cards when items are consigned, where possible. We also have over 26 years experience in the fashion industry, particularly in the field of recycled luxury goods, where our product knowledge is extensive. The best indication for you as a shopper is knowing we have been here for over 18 years, with one of the best reputations in the industry for the quality of our product.

Does Blue Spinach Accept Returns?

Yes. Full priced items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. The Blue Spinach returns swing tag must be attached to the item for the return to be accepted. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for full details.

What is the Blue Spinach Returns Swing Tag?

We place a returns swing tag onto all the items we sell online. If you decide to return an item to us it must have the tag still attached. We will not accept a return if the tag has been removed or tampered with.

What Are Your Shipping Charges?

Blue Spinach offers free postage Australia wide.

International orders attract a flat $55.00 delivery fee. If the item is deemed over weight or bulky the charges may differ and will be displayed at checkout.

Can I view an Item In Store?

 Yes. All the items listed for sale on our website are available for viewing in our Darlinghurst store.

 Can I Pickup Items In Person?

If you purchase the item online then you must have the item shipped to your registered address. If you wish to pickup an item in store, then you must pay for & pickup the item at our Darlinghurst store location.

Does Blue Spinach Offer Laybys?

Yes. We are happy to offer laybys to our online purchasers. The terms and conditions are the same as for our in store laybys. We offer a four-week term with an initial 40% deposit on all full priced items. Sale items have a two-week term with an initial 50% deposit. What Forms of Payment do You Accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via ANZ eGate. We also accept Paypal and direct bank deposit. Please note – we only accept verified Paypal users who supply a shipping address which allows for seller protection. If you are an unverified Paypal user we cannot accept your payment.

Do You Charge Any Taxes?

All prices shown on our website include 10% GST for Australian customers. If you are an International purchaser, then you are not required to pay this tax and it will automatically be removed at checkout.

How Long Does it Take for me to Receive my Purchase?

We ship the same or next day after payment confirmation.

We use Australia Post Express Post for all orders nationally. So for most destinations Express Post delivers the next day. (Check http://auspost.com.au/ for more details on delivery times)

We currently use Australia Post Pack & Track for all international orders. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and other factors such as customs etc. At the time of despatch, delivery times are estimated and can be monitored online at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

International Customs and Duties?

Orders shipped worldwide may be subjected to customs clearance. This can cause delays outside of the quoted delivery times. This is beyond our control. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and fees that may be relevant to your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand and pay any of these duties, taxes and fees.

What Does Blue Spinach Declare on Customs Forms?

We mark all customs forms as “used / secondhand” items and declare the purchased value not including shipping costs. Please do not ask us to lower or alter the customs forms or mark as a “gift”.

Do You Combine Shipping?

Yes. We are happy to offer combined shipping on multiple purchases. Please contact us at purchases@bluespinach.com.au to arrange this.

What Countries Will Blue Spinach Ship To?

We ship to most International destinations. If your country is listed in our shipping selection at checkout then we offer your location. Unfortunately, some countries due to customs restrictions, military conflicts or other reasons that make security difficult may not be possible to deliver to at this time.
